In 1990, the foundations were laid by Nikolaos Rapanos.
His excellent academic background and working expertise in a demanding public works environment will form the strong foundations of the entire subsequent course.

In 1994 he started his construction activity with the development of privately owned properties in Athens.

In 2001, his son Ioannis Rapanos enters the family business alongside his studies in the Civil Engineering Department of Metsovio Polytechnic Shcool

In 2004, Ioannis Rapanos takes over the reins of the company and sets a new starting point and goals in its professional path.

In 2013, the company entered the sector of premium holiday complexes in Mykonos by commissioning luxurious single-family houses of special architecture. Since then you have been permanently establishing a base on the island and it continues to evolve with projects until today.

In 2015 the company started it's construction activity in the tourism sector with the implementation of construction or renovation projects of hotels in Mykonos and Rhodes. Since then, our penetration into the demanding sector of tourist facilities has been continuously intensified and has resulted in a wide range of collaborations and special projects.

In 2019 Fortune Group SA was created as a holding company, where henceforth all corporate activities are consolidated

In 2023, the contracting and construction activity was transfered to Fortune Construction SA and remains there until today.
